How to Make S’mores Ice Cream
In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract then whisk until well combined.
Add half of the marshmallow fluff and continue whisking.
Add the crushed graham crackers and half of the chocolate chips and fold them in.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Spread the remaining portion of the marshmallow fluff over the top of the ice cream mixture and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
Toast the top of the marshmallow fluff with a kitchen burner.
Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with graham crackers.
