How Do You Melt Chocolate?
The best way to melt chocolate is in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds or so. You can also use a double boiler on the stovetop, but this method takes a little longer. No matter which method you choose, be sure not to overheat the chocolate, as it can become thick and gloppy. If this happens, you can add a little bit of oil to thin it out.
