- 16 oz cream cheese (soft)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup marshmallow creme
- 1tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher salt
- ⅔ cup mini chocolate chips
Coating
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup marshmallow bits or puffed rice
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers

How to Make S'mores Dip Dessert Cheese Ball
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, marshmallow cream, vanilla and salt and mix them well with a mixer.
Add the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and fold together until it is well combined.
Create a ball and leave it in a fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
While the ball chills, mix the marshmallows or puffed rice, chocolate pieces and crushed graham crackers together in a bowl.
Remove the ball from the fridge and gently roll it in the graham cracker mixture.
Gently pat the mixture onto the side of the ball until completely covered, then serve with graham crackers.

This s'mores cheesecake ball can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Be sure to keep it tightly wrapped so that it doesn't dry out. When you're ready to serve, simply remove it from the fridge and let it come to ALMOST room temperature before rolling it in the graham cracker crumb mixture and serving.
If you want to make this s'mores dessert ball ahead of time, you can freeze it for up to two months. Simply wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and store it in the freezer. When you're ready to enjoy, thaw it overnight in the fridge and then let it come to ALMOST room temperature before rolling it in the graham cracker mixture and serving. Enjoy!

- ⅓ cup (33.6g) marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher salt
- ⅔ cup (112g) mini chocolate chips
Coating
- ¼ cup (42.5g) mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup (12g) marshmallow bits or puffed rice
- ¼ cup (25g) crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, marshmallow cream, vanilla and salt and mix them well with a mixer.
