What Goes into Making S'Mores Truffles?
- 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- pinch of salt
- 1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows (optional)

How to Make S'mores Truffles
In a large bowl combine the finely crushed graham crackers, the marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips and pinch of salt. Mix well to combine.
Spoon about 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons of the mixture and roll it between your hands until you have a ball. Repeat making balls until you've used all of the mixture.
Place the balls on a parchment paper lined plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate until smooth and lump-free, then add coconut oil and mix until well incorporated.
Dip each of the balls in melted chocolate to coat, shaking off any excess chocolate before placing on a plate lined with parchment paper.
Top each of the truffles with mini marshmallows and toast with a burner.
Chill until firm (about 30 minutes) and serve.
