What Goes into Making Caramel Apple Grapes?
With only 4 ingredients, this is a super simple recipe that is so easy to make. If you need to mix it up, this is such a versatile recipe, you can't mess it up!
- ½ lb seedless green grapes
- 1 cup caramel vodka
- 1 cup caramel
- 1 cup chopped peanuts

How to Make Caramel Apple Grapes
Remove the grapes from the vine, wash, drain them and place them in a large bowl.
Cover the grapes with the caramel vodka and set it aside to soak for one hour.
Drain the grapes and dry each of them with a paper towel.
Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper. Set it aside.
Place the caramel in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave them on high in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment, until the caramel is smooth and lump-free.
Working with one grape at a time, put a toothpick in each grape.
Dip each grape in the caramel, swirling it to coat at least half of the grape in the caramel.
Dip each grape in the crushed peanuts, rolling it in the peanuts to coat at least half of the caramel in peanuts.
Place the finished grape onto the lined baking dish.
Repeat the procedure until you use all of the grapes. Serve immediately.
