Watermelon Cheesecake

Want a great dessert for your summer, get together? Try this scrumptious, cute and smooth Watermelon Cheesecake recipe.

PREP TIME: 30 Minutes CHILL TIME: 2 Hours

INGREDIENTS: 9 oz whipped topping 8 oz  cream cheese 1 cup sugar Pinch of salt ½ cup half and half 1 tbspvanilla ¼ cup chocolate chips 1 tbsp pink food coloring 1 tsp watermelon flavoring oil

Use a food processor to process the graham crackers into crumbs, melt the butter and pour into the crackers. Add the confectioners' sugar, milk and green food coloring. Pour the mixture in a 10 inches diameter cake mold and leave it in a fridge to cool off for 10-15 minutes. For the filling use a hand mixer to stir the whipped topping. In another bowl mix the cream cheese. 

Add in half and half, sugar, salt and continue mixing. Add the whipped topping, vanilla extract, watermelon flavoring oil, pink food coloring and continue mixing.

Fold in the chocolate chips at the end. When the mixture is ready, pour on the previously made crust, decorate with chocolate drops and green whipped cream.

Leave the whole cake to chill for 2 hours.
