PREP TIME: 20 Minutes CHILL TIME: 4 Hours
INGREDIENTS: 10-12 whole graham crackers 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 9 oz whipping cream 1 cup strawberries ¼ cup strawberry jello 1/4 cup strawberry syrupr
On a cutting board with a sharp knife cut the strawberries into slices. Set it aside. – In a medium bowl with an electric mixer whisk the whipping cream with strawberry jello. Set it aside.
In another bowl combine together graham cracker crumbs with a small amount of the strawberry syrup and sliced strawberries to make the crumble.
Make a layer of whipped cream in the bottom of the cake pan, followed by a layer of graham crackers. Then drizzle half of the strawberry syrup and add half of the sliced strawberries. – Repeat layers until you use all the whipped cream and graham crackers. – Top the cake with previously made crumble mixture. – Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing.
