S'mores Ice Cream

If you love ice cream - and you love s'mores, then this s'mores ice cream is really going to hit the spot for you. Fast and easy, it's a great treat.

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes CHILL TIME: 2 Hours

INGREDIENTS: – 3 cups cold heavy cream – 1 ⅓ cups sweetened condensed milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup crushed graham crackers – 1 cup marshmallow fluff – 1 cup chocolate chips – 1 teaspoon green food coloring

In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract then whisk until well combined.

Add half of the marshmallow fluff and continue whisking. Add the crushed graham crackers and half of the chocolate chips and fold them in. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula. Spread the remaining portion of the marshmallow fluff over the top of the ice cream mixture and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.

Toast the top of the marshmallow fluff with a kitchen burner.

Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with graham crackers.

This no-churn s'mores ice cream is delicious and simple to make. It only requires a few ingredients, and you probably have most of them in your kitchen already. Plus, it's perfect for summertime treats!
