PREP TIME: 10 Minutes CHILL TIME: 1 Hour
INGREDIENTS: – 2 cups graham crackers – 2 cups marshmallows – 2 cups chocolate
Using a sharp knife and cutting board, cut the marshmallows into small pieces. Set aside. Place the chocolate into a medium sized pot or microwave-safe bowl and melt it using your preferred method. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and there are no lumps. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet or serving tray, then spread the melted chocolate across it in a smooth, even layer.
Using your hands, roughly break-up the graham crackers, dropping large and small bits across the melted chocolate.
Drop the chopped marshmallows across the melted chocolate. Gently press the graham crackers and marshmallow pieces into the chocolate to ensure that they will not fall off when the bark is broken later.
Using a kitchen burner, gently toast the tips of the marshmallows to give it that campfire look.
Place the baking sheet or tray into the fridge to chill for about 1 hour or until the chocolate is solidified. When hardened, use a sharp knife or your hands to break the bark into pieces before serving.
