PUmpkin Spice Cheesecake Dip

Super easy to make a ridiculously tasty, this pumpkin spice cheesecake dip is sure to be your fall favorite!

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS: – 9 oz heavy whipping cream – 8 oz cream cheese – 1 cup sugar – ½ cup half and half – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice – pinch of salt – ½ cup pumpkin puree

Using an electric mixer or a whisk, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Set aside. In another large bowl soften the cream cheese, then add the sugar and mix until combined.

Add in the whipped cream and continue mixing it. Add in the half and half, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice and pinch of salt. Continue mixing until all ingredients are well combined Finally, add the pumpkin puree. Mix until the dip is creamy and the pumpkin is well-incorporated.

Serve with graham crackers or apple slices or toss some chocolate chips on top for a fun twist!
