Making monster bark is a quick and easy way to make a holiday bark or treat for movie night. It's so tasty, too - all the best flavors!
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes CHILL TIME: 30 Minutes
INGREDIENTS: – 2 cups prepared cookie dough – 2 cups white chocolate – ½ cup quick oats – ½ cup peanut butter – ¼ cup chocolate chips – ½ cup M&Ms
Heat the white chocolate, stirring consistently, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth without any lumps.
Line a plate or a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread all of the melted chocolate over the prepared plate into an even layer. Drop small cookie dough in balls liberally across the entire surface of the chocolate.
Add teaspoon sized drops of peanut butter across the entire surface of the chocolate.
Spread the peanut butter (and cookie dough) throughout the chocolate with a knife to give it a swirl and further imbed them. Then sprinkle the oats liberally across the chocolate, followed by the M&M’s and chocolate chips.
Gently press these toppings into the chocolate to ensure that they will not fall off when the bark is broken-up. Refrigerate until the bark is completely set (about 20-30 minutes). Break the bark into small irregular pieces with your hands and serve.
