PREP TIME: 10 Minutes CHILL TIME: 15 Minutes
INGREDIENTS: – ½ cup cake mix – 2-3 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles – 1 cup dark chocolate – 1 cup white chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate, using your preferred method, stirring until the chocolate is smooth and lump-free. Line a plate or a baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the melted dark chocolate over the prepared plate in an even layer. Allow it to chill in the freezer for 5 minutes or until firm.
Melt the white chocolate, using your preferred method, stirring until the chocolate is smooth and lump-free. Add the cake mix to the white chocolate and mix well to combine.
Pour the white chocolate over the cooled dark chocolate. Immediately sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
Freeze for about 10 minutes or until firm. When the chocolate is firm, break it into chunks and serve.
