In a saucepan, over low heat, bring the heavy cream to a boil then add chocolate and stir until it melts.
Combine the chocolate mixture with softened cream cheese.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form then stir in the powdered sugar.
Combine the chocolate mixture with the heavy cream.
Pour the mousse on top of the cookie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with additional whipped cream and chocolate then slice to serve.
