WHITE CHOCOLATE NO BAKE LAYER CAKE

PREP TIME: 15 minutes CHILL TIME: 2 hours GOOD FOR: 3 days

INGREDIENTS: Sugar Cornstarch Eggs Sour cream Butter Vanilla extract Flour White chocolate

In a small saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, eggs, and sour cream.  Cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes then add butter and vanilla and set aside.

Combine flour, butter, and sugar to create a crumble and then cook over low heat until golden brown.

Press 1/2 the crumble into a springform pan.  Top with 1/2 the pudding.  Repeat then top with white chocolate and refrigerate for 2 hours.
