Peach Cobbler Cones

Fast, fun and really a unique way to enjoy peach cobbler, these peach cobbler cones are a sure hit for anyone looking for a no-bake dessert that's truly an experience.

PREP TIME: 15 Minutes

INGREDIENTS: Peach Filling: – 3-4 fresh peaches (or 2 large cans of peaches) – ½ cup brown sugar – 14 oz coconut milk – Pinch of salt – 1 tablespoon coconut oil – 2 teaspoon vanilla – 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Waffle Cones: – 4-5 premade waffle cones – 9 oz heavy cream – ¾ cups white chocolate – 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

On a cutting board, peel the peaches and cut them into slices. Set aside. In a medium bowl using an hand mixer, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Melt the chocolate until smooth and lump-free. Set aside. In a small pot over high heat, combine the coconut milk and brown sugar. Stir until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat.

Add the sliced peaches, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Mix well to combine. Fill waffle cones with 2 tablespoon melted white chocolate and swirl it around to coat the inside of each cone.

Dip the top edges of the cones in the white chocolate followed by the graham cracker crumbs. Fill the cones with peach cobbler mixture to the top edge.

Top with whipped cream and melted chocolate then serve.
