NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER PIE

INGREDIENTS: Graham crackers Butter Brown sugar Peanut butter Powdered sugar Cream cheese Cool Whip

Cream Section Separator

Combine cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together then press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate for 15-minutes.

In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.  Then fold in 1/2 the Cool Whip until no streaks remain. 

Cream Section Separator

Spread the filling over the crust then top with remaining cool whip.  Chill for 30-minutes before removing ring and slicing to serve.
