No-Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

Fast and fun to make, these peanut butter crunch bars are a sweet treat with a satisfying and crisp crunch like a candy bar.

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes CHILL TIME: 1 Hour

INGREDIENTS: – 1 ½ cups dark chocolate – 1 tablespoon coconut oil – 1 ¼ cups peanut butter – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3 cups puffed rice cereal

In a medium-sized bowl, melt the chocolate until it is smooth with no lumps. Stir in the coconut oil until the oil is fully incorporated. Add peanut butter and vanilla to the melted chocolate and stir until it's fully incorporated.

Remove from heat. Add the puffed rice cereal and stir until it's fully coated.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until firm (at least an hour), then cut into bars and serve.
