All of the flavors of the classic Girl Scout Samoa cookie in a slice of pie with a hint of cheesecake in the midst!
INGREDIENTS: Vanilla wafers Sugar Butter Cream cheese Sweetened condensed milk Salt Vanilla Cool Whip Caramel Coconut Chocolate syrup Chocolate
Pulse cookie crumbs until fine, then stir with butter and sugar.
Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Toast coconut then combine in a bowl with caramel.
Spread 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture over the pie crust.
Spread 1/2 of the caramel coconut mixture over the top of the cheesecake.
Top with the remaining cheesecake, then another layer of coconut caramel.
Sprinkle additional coconut and shaved chocolate over the top of the pie then freeze for 2 hours before slicing to serve.
