This easy dessert is a great copycat of your favorite restaurant dessert! Crispy outside and soft inside!
PREP TIME: 15 minutes CHILL TIME: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS: Ice cream Cornflakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Whipped cream Chocolate syrup Cherries
Scoop 4 balls of ice cream onto a parchment lined plate and put back into the freezer.
In a small skillet, heat the butter, cornflakes and sugar and fry until golden.
Remove the cereal mixture from the heat and stir in the sugar.
Roll the balls of ice cream into the cereal mixture to coat all sides then freeze until ready to serve.
This is great served with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, cherries, or any fruit or sprinkles you prefer!
