This no-bake blueberry pie has the perfect blend of sweetness and tartness, and is super easy to make!
PREP TIME: 15 minutes CHILL TIME: 2 hours
INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs 6 tbsp melted butter 1 cup granulated sugar 3 tbsp cornstarch ⅛ tsp kosher salt ¼ cup water 4 cups fresh blueberries Whipped cream for topping
In a big bowl mix the crumbs and the melted butter for the crumbs.
When you are done, add the mixture in a mold as a first layer and put it in a fridge to chill while you are creating the next layer.
When you get a creamy textured mixture turn the heat off and leave it to cool before you add the rest of the blueberries.
In a big pot at a low temperature add the blueberries, cornstarch, and salt. Add the water slowly and mix with a spoon.
Pour them as a second layer of the cake.
Add the whipped topping on the top and decorate with some blueberries.
Let it cool for about 2 hours before you serve.
