Fast and fun to make, this margarita cheesecake bars recipe is a really easy no-bake dessert that is really so full of flavor, you're going to love it.

Crust: 1 ½ cup (67.5g) crushed pretzels ½ cup (118ml) unsalted butter, melted 3 tbsp (37.5g) granulated sugar Filling: 16 oz (453.5g) cream cheese, softened 1 cup (130g) powdered sugar 1 lime juice and zest 2 tbsp (29ml) tequila 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract Pinch of kosher salt
To make the crust, in a large bowl, mix together the crushed pretzels, melted butter and sugar. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a rectangle cake pan, pressing it into a flat layer to be the base of your cheesecake bars.
Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
When all of the ingredients have been well incorporated, spoon the mixture over the crust layer in the cake pan. Smooth the top neatly.
Slowly add the lime juice, lime zest, tequila, vanilla and salt while mixing.
Place the cheesecake bars in a fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars and serving.
These bars are simple to make and require minimal ingredients. The best part is that they taste just like a margarita – with a delicious cheesecake twist!
