CHOCOLATE COVERED YOGURT RASPBERRY BON BONS

Don't miss a delicious no-bake dessert that is light and refreshing!

PREP TIME: 10 minutes CHILL TIME: 2 hours GOOD FOR: 1 week

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup frozen berries 1 tbsp honey 1/2 cup dark chocolate 1 tsp coconut oil

Combine the yogurt, honey, and berries together.

Divide the yogurt mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone mold then loosely cover and freeze for 2 hours or until solid. .

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over low heat. 

Remove the yogurt bites from the freezer then dip them into the melted chocolate.  Freeze until ready to eat.

Store these for up to 1 week in the freezer.  While they can last longer, they are best within the first week of preparing.
