PREP TIME: 10 minutes CHILL TIME: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS: ½ cup nut butter ¼ cup pumpkin puree 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla ¼ cup coconut flour 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice ¼ tsp salt ½ cup mini chocolate chips 1/2 cup melting chocolate 1 tbsp coconut oil
In a big bowl mix together the butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Then add the coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Add the chocolate chips and mix again with a spoon so the chips go everywhere in the mixture.
Leave the mixture in the fridge for around 10 minutes so you can shape it easier.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil.
Take the dough out of the fridge and shape it into small bombs.
Dip the bombs in the melted chocolate support yourself with a fork and place them on a dish previously prepared with baking paper.
Leave them in the fridge for a few minutes until the chocolate sets.
You can decorate them with white chocolate.
