Cookie Dough Fudge

This easy Cookie Dough Fudge is a simple and fun recipe to make a fudge like you've never enjoyed it before!

PREP TIME: 20 Minutes 1 Hour

INGREDIENTS: For the cookie dough: – 1 cup butter – 1 cup sugar – 2 tablespoon vanilla – 1 ¼ cup flour – 2 fl. oz (¼ cup) milk – Pinch of salt – ½ cup chocolate chip For the fudge: – 1 ½ cup white chocolate – 1 ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla – ½ cup chocolate chips

Make the dough: Place the flour into a glass dish and microwave it for about 1 minute and 15 seconds, stirring at every 15-second increment. Allow the flour cool completely before use. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the vanilla, flour, milk and salt then mix it together until well incorporated.

Add the chocolate chips and fold them in until mixed throughout. Reserve about ½ cup of cookie dough. With the remaining larger portion of dough, take small pieces of the dough and roll it between your hands to create small balls.

Place these cookie dough balls in the fridge while you prepare the fudge.

Make the fudge: In a small pan over medium heat, melt the chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla together. Continuously stir over medium heat until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Cover a baking dish with parchment paper and pour about half of the fudge mixture into the prepared dish. Place the prepared cookie dough balls in the fudge, placing them throughout.

Add a layer of chocolate chips around the dough balls. Reserve about ¼ cup of chocolate chips for decorating on top of the fudge. Pour the remaining half of the fudge mixture over the cookie dough balls and smooth the top. Finish decorating the top of the fudge with reserved cookie dough and chocolate chips. Place it in the fridge to set for about 1 hour. As soon as the mixture is cool, cut it into small cubes and serve.

There's something about cookie dough fudge that just makes it irresistible. Maybe it's the creamy, chocolatey goodness, or the fact that it's a no-bake dessert. Whatever the reason, this recipe is sure to become a favorite!
