These chocolate coated pineapple pops have the perfect balance of sweetness and juiciness.
PREP TIME: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS: 1 pineapple 3/4 cup dark chocolate 2 tbsp coconut oil Sprinkles Popsicle sticks
Peel the pineapple and cut it into thin slices.
Take off the center of the pineapple using a round mold.
Add a stick to each piece of the pineapple.
Melt the chocolate over boiling water adding 2 tbsp of coconut oil.
When the chocolate is melted, dip each stick with pineapple covering half of the piece with chocolate.
Place it on a pan previously prepared with baking paper and repeat the same procedure with all the slices.
Add some sprinkles over the chocolate while it is still soft so they can stick on it.
