The perfect balance of sweet and minty flavors is what makes this 2 ingredient peppermint bark
PREP TIME: 10 minutes CHILL TIME: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds white chocolate ½ pound crushed candy canes
Melt the white chocolate in the way that you prefer. I’ve done it over boiling water.
Add crushed candy canes in the melted chocolate and stir.
Pour the mixture into a mold previously prepared with baking paper.
Add some more crushed candy canes on top of the chocolate to decorate it while the chocolate is still soft.
Leave it to sit in the fridge for around 10 minutes.
Crush it in pieces and serve. You can also make it in the shape of chocolate.
Refrigerate for at least 20 Minutes before serving.
