These chocolate covered peanut stuffed dates have the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess
PREP TIME: 11 minutes
INGREDIENTS: 10 Medjool dates 2 tbsp peanut butter ¼ cup chopped or crushed peanuts ½ cup dark chocolates for melting 1 tsp coconut oil
First, remove the pits of the dates if there are any.
Make a cut lengthwise and fill each date with ½ tsp peanut butter and some crushed peanuts.
Then close the dates and place them on a previously prepared dish with baking paper.
Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil and cover the dates with it.
You can help yourself in this process using a toothpick, spoon, or fork.
Place them back on the baking paper and leave them until the chocolate has set. Decorate on top with some broken peanuts.
Let the chocolate freeze for a while then enjoy
