PREP TIME: 15 minutes CHILL TIME: 30 minutes GOOD FOR: 10 days

INGREDIENTS: Butter Peanut butter Powdered sugar Chocolate Coconut oil

Cream Section Separator

Cream together butter and peanut butter, then mix in powdered sugar until dough forms.

Roll the dough into 1" balls and place on a piece of parchment paper. Can chill until ready to dip.

Melt chocolate and coconut oil together then dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate until coated. Set back on parchment paper to harden. 

Drizzle extra chocolate on top of the truffles if desired.  Can also top with crushed peanuts while chocolate is still warm.
