NO-BAKE ITALIAN CREAM CAKE RECIPE

PREP TIME: 15 minutes CHILL TIME: 2 hours GOOD FOR: 3 days

INGREDIENTS: Vanilla wafers Sweetened condensed milk Lemon juice Instant vanilla pudding Pineapple tidbits Whipped topping Fresh pineapple Coconut shreds

Put a layer of cookies in the bottom of a square baking dish.  Then, in a large bowl combine the milk, lemon juice, pineapple, and pudding until combined.

Layer the pudding mixture and cookies 2 to 3 times then top with whipped cream and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Add dollops of whipped cream coconut shreds, pineapple, cherries, or slivered almonds on top before serving.
