VANILLA CARAMEL PUDDING

PREP TIME: 20 minutes CHILL TIME: 1 hour GOOD FOR: 5 days

INGREDIENTS: Butter Flour Milk Sugar Vanilla extract Cornstarch Water

Melt butter over low heat and whisk in flour until completely combined.

Gradually whisk in milk until incorporated then add sugar and vanilla. Cook 2 minutes or until thickened. Pour into dessert glasses and chill.

In a clean sauepan, add water and sugar until boiling.  Once browned, add in cornstarch slurry and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.  

Pour caramel over cooled vanilla pudding then chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
