INGREDIENTS: Oreo cookies Unsalted butter Cream cheese Sugar Vanilla extract Milk Unflavored gelatin
Separate cookies from cream. Place cookies into blender and crush until fine dust. Combine with melted butter and press into springform pan.
In a saucepan, melt the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and filling from the cookies. Dissolve the gelatin in warm milk. Whisk the milk into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the chilled crust and cover loosely. Refrigerate for at lest 2 hours.
Once chilled and set, sprinkle the top with additional cookie crumbs before removing springform pan and slicing to serve.
